Re: Minimum percentage limit in graduation for Bank Clerk in Indian Banks?
No specific percentage of marks in graduation is required to join as bank clerk. Graduates in any stream can apply. Other than this, age of the applicant must be less than 28 years. IBPS, SBI, etc often conducts recruitment to this job profile. 12th passed candidates with a minimum of 60% marks can also apply for SBI clerk.

Re: Minimum percentage limit in graduation for Bank Clerk in Indian Banks?
In order to apply for Bank Clerk Jobs in India, the required qualification is completion of Graduation with any of the stream by the candidate.
There is no percentage of marks criteria required for the candidate in order to apply for Bank Clerk Job. So, you don't need to worry about the percentage of marks criteria if at all you have scored less percentage of marks in your Graduation. As long as there are no pending backlogs in your Graduation course, then you can apply for Bank Clerk Jobs. The selection procedure for bank clerk jobs would involve Written Exam Interview After IBPS came into picture, it is conducting common written exam for the recruitment of clerical positions for all the public sector banks. The age criteria will be as follows 20-28 years of age for the candidates of General category. Relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for SC or ST category candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit upto 5 years for the candidates of Ex-Serviceman . You did not mention whether you have completed your Graduation or not. If you possess the above mentioned eligibility criteria, then have good preparation for he written exam and crack it. Wish you all the best. |
