what is the minimum persantage required for good success in 11th standard?

The more percentage you will get, the more you get benefited.

But to be eligible for jobs in future, you need to score minimum 60% in both 10th and 12th class.

As 11th standard doesn't consider for getting jobs, So, you just pass the 11th standard exam to get into 12th standard.
