Sir, i want to know what is the minimum qualification for assam civil service exam.

The civil service exam across the country is the same. There is no special exam for any particular state. You will need to appear as when the date is announced. The next exam is scheduled to be held on the 12th June. The forms should be available in February. Make sure to fill the form correctly and submit it by March.

The Civil service exam is same all over India. You should fill the form separately.

Assam civil services exam conducted by the APSC to recruit the candidates in various departments in ASSAM state.
ELIGIBILITY:
1.Candidate should complete graduation from a recognized university.
2.Age limit for this exam is 21 to 30 years.
3.Candidate should be a citizen of india.
4.Both male and female candidates are applicable.

SELECTION PROCESS:
1.Written exam
2.Interview

I have completed my M.A from KSOU through distant education without completing my graduation from a civil university as our graduation and Diploma/BE certificate is issued by Indian Air Force.
I am retiring on 31 March 2013 and already obtained the NOC for applying for the civil posts. I am running 39 currently.

My question is:-
1. Can I apply for the Civil Service ?
2. What is the age relaxation is there any for Ex-Serviiceman.
3. Is there any reservation for Ex.

I am working in Indian Air Force for last 19 years and retiring after the initial term on 31/3/12. I completed my MA without doing civil graduation as we are awarded graduation/diploma/BE here in the organization and recognised by the govt of india.
Can I appear for ACS under APSC.

My question is:-
1. Am I elligible for appearing ?

With due respect i would like to inform as max age for any apsc exam (acs and allied service) is 38 years. bur sometimes we are unable to appear in the exam due to some unavaiodable circumstances. same time we are also loosing our age restriction.
So my earnest request to you to increase max age limit up to 42 years.

With due respect I want to ask you that, " I am a final year mechanical engineering student studying in Chennai in a deemed university named "DR. M.G.R. EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE UNIVERSITY" (declared U/S of the UGC Act 1956). That is our university is deemed and approved by UGC U/S 3 of the UGC act 1956.Sir after passing out from this university am I eligible to appear A.P.S.C examination ?Again I have completed my 10th and 12th from Assam state board.

at the very onset accept my regards. I have completed 3 yrs diploma in hotel management and catering technolgy in the year of 2009. now am i aspiring to appear for APSC as my dream is to serve the nation and to live a life full of pride. please do let me know whether i can apply for the the exam with this diploma only as i am working and if you show me a way then i can probably complete my distance graduation course from ignou.
