No , one can't directly become a Bank Manager . If your aspiring to become a Bank Manager Job , then you have to Qualified in Bank PO Examination and You have to Improve your Skill and Experience and You have to Work as Vice Manager and then Only you may Become an Bank Manager .

If Interested to get Bank job in Government sectors then you may apply for IBPS PO Examination .

IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection and It's Conduct Common Written Examination . This Examination is held every once in a Year .

To apply for this IBPS PO Examination you should Passed in Graduation (or) Equivalent Course from recognized University . Pass Marks is enough to Apply for this Examination .

( Say For Example :- If you have Passed in Graduation with 35% Percentage of marks then your eligible to apply for IBPS PO Examination . So , It's Clear there is no Minimum Percentage require for IBPS PO Examination )

First of All you have to join Bank PO by Cracking entrance exam and your Quality and experience made you to the post of Bank Manager.

ELIGIBILITY for IBPS:

=> A candidate must have completed their Bechelor Degree with atleast 55% from recognise universities.
=> Age limit should be Not exist 28 years there is a relaxation available for OBC and SC/AT category students
