MPT eligibility:
Candidate must be a Graduate in B.P.T. with good percentage of marks obtained from any recognized university / equivalent degree accepted by the university.

Some of the institutes/universities offering MPT are:
Manipal College of Allied Health Sciences ( MCOAHS), Manipal
Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences , Hyderabad
Garden City College , Bangalore
SRM University, Chenna

And apart from that iam unable to know whether you wish to do it in Inida or abroad.

i am too much late for giving reply. till i am giving information for this year.

master of physiotherapy entrance exam is conducted by state university. the examination date vary from state to state and university to university. but generally the examination conducted between the month february to june. so anyone interested for this examination should follow the leading newspaper for this time duration. then he will find the notification for the examination. it also possible in some university to take direct admission without appearing in any entrance examination.

Candidates can get the application form from designated Punjab & Sind Bank branches all over India. The form can also be obtained by sending a request for the form along with a demand draft and a self addressed envelope. Candidates can also apply online through the website ipu.admissionhelp.com.
