Yes, being a BE mechanical graduate, you are eligible to pursue Mater of Science in Physics through correspondence. You can pursue M.Sc Physics through correspondence from any of the following best institutes/Universities:

MG University
Bharathidasan University

Colleges offer M.Sc in Physics through Correspondence Mode:

Yes, Mechanical Graduate can pursue M.Sc in Physics through distance learning program. There is a certain eligibility criteria in order to be eligible for doing M.Sc in Physics course. The basic educational qualification required is "Graduation" in any discipline and must have studied Physics at academics in order to be eligible.

There are many colleges that offer this M.Sc in Physics course through distance learning program.

Yes you are eligible to pursue M.Sc through Physics. There is no restriction in selection of subjects. You can pursue from any subject either Chemistry or English or any other subject also. You can pursue from either regular mode or distance mode. But one thing you should keep in mind that the college you have selected must be recognized. Otherwise your degree have no value.
