is it necessary to become a nurse before being a surgeon?

To become a surgeon in the country you will have to follow the following procedure
Candidates will have to study and opt for science stream with physics, chemistry and biology in their 11 and 12 standard
Candidates will have to appear and score well in the NEET enterance exam , for the following candidate will have to score at least 50% in their board exam
After the merit of the neet enterance exam college allotment will be done and after completing MBBS program you will have to sit for a pg enterance exam and later you can select some specialization and can persue your dream of a surgon
You do not have to be a nurse in order to become a surgon as both of the following will require different specialozation
