Hello Sir, I have completed my B.Tech in Computer Science and wish to do Master's in Computer Science as well. So, am I eligible to do M.Sc in Computer Science? Or, I would have to do M.Tech only?

Everything depends upon your interest, you can go for MTech steam if you need specialisation in any course.
After BTech you can definitely go for MTech, but now a days MTech in IT stream is equal to the experience certificate of 2 years. So you can try to get the selected in campus selections.
If your interested in teaching field then MTech is must . So you can go for MTech field depending upon your interest.

Well doing MTech after BTech it is very good, even in case of placement as well as salary package.
Definitely you will get job in teaching line also in big companies with the higher salary package.
So do MTech it is really beneficial to you and your future also.
If you facing any interview then in companies you will see the the first preference goes to MTech student.
