sir, i have completed my m.sc(biotechnology) in 2011. i want to do project but
for project joining we have to gave reference letter by signature of HOD. is it necessary to gave reference letter for m.sc passed candidate also? if there is another procedure to join project plz tell me about that.

Dear friend,
Its not related to your group.Any where Before Joining that organisation people ask Signed letter from HOD.It is because at the end of the year that organisation people have to write the happenings in the organisation and they have to show this to head of the Organisation.

So they are taking from you the valid certificate from your institute.
