Am i eligible for net set exame as i have done only B.com

Sorry you can not appear in NET or SET exam as you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria.

SET exam eligibility is as follows:
Candidates should have a Masters degree with atleast 55% aggregate marks (50% for ST/ST/PH/VH). Candidates in their final year or awaiting their results can also apply.

There is no upper age limit.

NET exam eligibility:
Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Sciences, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for this Test. Final year candidates may also apply.

No you are not eligible for the NET exam,i have mentioned the criteria below for your reference.

Eligibility:

1. The candidate must finish their Master's degree from a recognized university with 55% aggregate.For SC/ST/VH/PH candidates it is 50%.
2. The candidates must appear with the subjects of their post graduation only.

I am doing M.lib from AAIDU .can i apply for the net exams .Is this Universities are recognised by UGC.

If i do my mcom from sndt will i be eligible for appearing in net set exam

NET - National Eligibility Test.

SET - State Eligibility Test

You cannot apply for NET/SET exam as the qualification needed a post graduate degree for both the exams.The criteria are as follows:

1. The candidates must be a citizen of India.
2. The candidates must have done their post graduation from a recognized university by UGC.
3. The candidates must have scored 55% aggregate and for SC/ST/VH/PH candidates it is 50%.
4. The candidates belonging to JRF must have 19-28 years age.
5. M.C.M. students are not allowed to appear for SET.

Dear friend,

After B.COM you are not eligible for NET exam but if you have MASTER degree then you are eligible for NET exam.

Master degree with minimum 55% marks for General and OBC candidates*and 50% for SC/ST candidates, Physically and Visually Handicapped candidates and Ph.D from recognized university. Part time course are not eligible for NET exam.

Age Eligibility:

For Juniour resaerch fellowship: 19 to 28 years
For lecturership: There is no upper age limit.Minimum age is 19 years.
