Re: Number of attemptes allowed in KCET? Can I attempt KCET 2017?
From 2017, there will be no state or private entrance examination for admission of candidates in MBBS. There will be only one entrance examination conducted for admission in any medical college called National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.
*There is no limit on number of attempts for this examination. The upper age limit for this examination is 25 years. You can attempt all examinations of NEET until your age turns 25 years. You can apply for NEET 2017 for admission in medical colleges of Karnataka. |

Re: Number of attemptes allowed in KCET? Can I attempt KCET 2017?
The full form of NEET is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.
This examination is now single common entrance examination for admission of candidates in MBBS and BDS courses. This year Supreme court which is apex court of India gave verdict to conduct this exam and abolish all other medical entrance exams. On basic of recommendation of Supreme Court, Central government made amendments in Indian Medical council Act. Now state medical entrance examination will not be conducted from 2017. KCET for MBBS admission will not be held. Candidates upto age of 25 years on 31st December of year of admission can apply for NEET exam. If your age is less than 25 years then you are absolutely eligible for NEET exam which will be conducted in 2017. |
