OCI student who studies in India is NRI or normal student?
Hello, in case student has OCI card. His/Her parents are Indian citizens. Student has completed all the education in India / or last five years of educations in India. In this case can this student qualify as Normal student or NRI or OCI or some other quota for IIT/ IIIT/ Regional Colleges / state government colleges?
