With a B.Ed qualification you can apply for M.Ed course. But with a B.Ed qualification you are not eligible for M.Phil. You need to be a postgraduate for the same. If you are a postgraduate then certainly M.Phil is a better choice. You can also apply for NET exam since you are interested in the teaching field.
