Respected Sir, I am planning to pursue CMA or CS but I am very confused among them so I want to know which one has the best career scopes among CMA and CS? Which among these has a vast syllabus? Please answer as soon as possible.

Eligibility for CMA certification course:-

Student must have passed a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Candidate must have membership of MBA.
Candidate must have relevant experience.

:- To become company secretary candidate must have cleared foundation course examination of the ICSI.
:- The qualification required to apply is graduation.
:- Duration of this course is 10 months.
