There are many examination conducted by UPSC and eligibility criteria varies with examination.

So, I am not able to help if you will not give the examination for which you want to get detail.

But one year MBA course will not be not considered as master degree qualification and not eligible to appear in the examination on the basis of qualification.

You can visit official website www.upsc.gov.in for more details.

UPSC refers to Union Public Service Commission and UPSC examination is usually used to refer to the Civil Services examination held by UPSC once every year for recruitment of administrative officers.

The minimum education required for appearing in the Civil Services examination is a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

So, you do not have to be worried about the validity of your one year MBA degree course i.e; master degree if you hold a valid bachelor degree from a recognized university.

For details regarding the Civil Services examination, you can refer to the link www.upsc.gov.in.

For most of the examination other than core examination such as Forest Service, Medical service etc. the common eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

The age limit and selection procedure varies with institute. So, kindly visit the official website for complete details at www.upsc.gov.in.
