First thing I would like to advice you that while preparing for any competitive examinations like JEE , NEET, etc. you must go through the NCERT textbooks of Class 11th and Class 12th at first as majority of questions are NCERT based.

Now as far as you are concerned about the OP Aggarwal Organic chemistry to be sufficient for preparation of examination then it is certainly sufficient for the organic chemistry part as it offers you reasonable practice of questions which are as per the question pattern of competitive examination.

Further for the Physical Chemistry and numerical problems you can refer to the book by R C Mukherjee and for inorganic chemistry you can go for the books by Balaji Publication.
