According to you after MSc which one better in phd or m.tech?

as you have already don your m.sc which is an post graduation ,there is no point in wasting time in doing m.tech,its better if you do phd as there are many offers and great scope for phd holders in India

Dear friend, in my opinion better go for Phd, instead of doing M.Tech use you time in research and thesis writing.

M.Sc. or M.Tech. both are equivalent course

and you have already done M.Sc. then don't do M.Tech.

According to my opinion, you can do Ph.D. after M.Sc. and this is better for you and your career.

if you are trying for job through campus placements, then go for M Tech in a good college like IIT or NIT.

If you are interested in a research carrer or teaching then go for Phd.

Well! both will be good for you. You can select any one of the option from these, both will be beneficial for you.

1. If you want to join a research centre or wantto be a profesor at college then you should go for P.Hd.

2. And if you want to get admission in company and want a campus placement then you should go with M.Tech.

But, as you have completed your master's then you should not waste your time. You should pursue P.Hd., rest is your choice.
