i am the one year diploma apprentice traineer in the branch of information technology of ordnance factory. sir, have the pannel system for us to recruitment of chargeman post ? like trade apprentice student.....

is our training certificte not valid for the recruitment sir?

Sir i am 2013 Be mechanical engineering passout, presently working in a company from the past 4 months, now i got a call from beml for graduate apprentice, now i dont know whether to continue in same company or join beml as apprentice trainee
