Paraphimosis treated as fit or unfit for for Airmen post in Air Force?


Sir, I was appeared in Air Force exam and cleared both Physical and Written exam for Airmen post. Now, I have medical but I have Paraphimosis. Will I be treated as fit or unfit for that?
