PEN (permanent employee number) for Aided teachers


Will Aided school teachers be enrolled in PEN (Permanent employee number) like government teachers?

yes aided school teachers who works in schools like Army school ,kendriya vidyalaya, Navodaya school ,DAV school are having same pay like govt teachers .But one year you need to work and there will salary variation from others government teachers there will be 1 or 2 year bond. Based on your working profile they will decide ether you are going to continue or not,if yes then you will be getting same package like government teachers.
