Are people suffering from Pathological Myopia eligible for UPSC CSE?


Are people suffering from Pathological Myopia are they eligible for UPSC CSE exam? If not, then how come blind people can join the Indian Administrative Service?

Any one who completed graduation or take a degree from any stream that every person will be eligible to do upsc cse. There is no specific marks or stream requirement for doing upsc CSS.
