Minimum percentage is 60% a for general candidates and 55% for reserved candidates.

For joining the BSNL-JTO exam the minimum qualification is graduation degree with the minimum percentage of 50.
and relaxation in the other quota.
a) Nationality : Only Indian Nationals would be eligible to apply.
b) Educational Qualifications: Applicant must possess bechelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equivalent Engineering degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized engineering college/university:
i. Telecommunication,
ii. Electronics,
iii. Radio,
iv. Computer,
v. Electrical.

Any student which appeared Degree course in following Branches are eligible for BSNL JTO exam-
Electronics and communication
Electrical
Computer Science
IT
Civil
Age must be between 21 to 30
SC/ST-5 year relaxation in upper age
OBC-3 year relaxation in upper age
Scale of Pay-
The post of J.T.O. is in the IDA pay-scale of Rs. 9850-250-14600.
