A person who did 10th from Oman and is doing 11 & 12 from India will be considered NRI or India?
My son has completed his class 10th from Oman in 2016. Now he is doing his class 11 & 12 in India..will he be considered NRI or Indian?

NRI stands for Non-Resident Indian. A Non-resident Indian is a citizen of India who holds an Indian Passport and has temporarily emigrated to another country for six months or more for employment, residence, education or any other purpose. So you are considered NRI person.
