Syntel recruits every year many graduates in their company. The selection
will be done through written test and the interview.
The exam pattern of the SYNTEL is given below:

The Syntel exam is conducted in two rounds

1.Written Examination

2.Interview

Candidate has to prepare following topics for the written examination.

Verbal Test – 25 questions – 15 Minutes

Quantitative Aptitude – 30 questions – 45 Minutes

Logical Reasoning – 30 questions – 30 Minutes


The candidates who qualify the written examination will be called for the
Interview only.

The pattern consist of 3 sections:

1. Aptitude(general) test
2. HR Interview
3. Technical Interview
