If I want to fill 17 number form for 12th exam but I also want change my field/stream from Science to Commerce? Is it possible? What are the career scopes with Commerce?

You are not eligible to change the stream in std 12th.

Candidates are eligible to change the stream before the registration. So, once registration is completed you are not eligible to change the stream.

You will have to pursue and appear for 12th board examination in science stream.

You have to continue your 12th with science if you have completed your 11th with science stream.
Now in 12th you cannot change your stream from Science to commerce because it is not under rule.

No, it is not allowed to change your stream in 12th standard after passing the 11th standard with some other stream.
As per the rules it is a necessary condition that the candidate must have completed both 11th and 12th standard with same board and stream.
