I have completed my education from Hindu medium school. I am thinking to do Company Secretary course. Can students from Hindi medium background are eligible to do CS course? Will I be able to manage the course being from Hindi background?

There is no different procedure of registration for hindi medium students.
The procedure is same for all.
You just have to get registered on their official website and if they ask for medium , then you can fill hindi in that column.
There is no such issue, you can write your exams in hindi also.
There are many students who come from hindi medium background.
