I'm pursuing Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering branch final year. Sir, I have one backlog in 3rd semester, any job opportunities are there with backlog students? Or, do I need to clear the back logs as well in order to get quick jobs?

You are not eligible to get job on your diploma qualification if you have any backlog.

So, you will have to clear the backlog then only you will become eligible for final selection in the job.

After diploma qualification there are opportunities as Junior Engineer or for selection as Loco Pilot.

With backlog you are not eligible to get the job.

So, you will first have to clear the backlog before the recruitment in the job.

Entrance examination is conducted for final selection.
