I am MBA Finance (PGDM) , i decide to do PhD in finance , it will complete 3 yrs. that time my age will be 50-51 yrs. so what is the possibility to get job in govt. sector what should i do , shall i pursue to do PhD finance or what should do for bright future.

Yes,you will get a job in government sector after MBA Finance like, General Manager Post, Professor, Manager Trainee Position, Marketing Officer in Banks etc...

In most of Government organisation they mainly recruit MBA finance for their finance department.
Other financial institutions under PSUs recruit MBA finance candidates.
Some of the finance qualification are
*Management trainee
*General Manager Posts in Bank and other PSUs
*Specialist Officer job in Government banks
*Chief Executive officer etc
