Possibility of getting admission in MBA in top Indian colleges even after clearing backlogs?

Can I do MBA in India if I have cleared 5 backlogs in the second attempt in B.Com and I have scored more than 55% in each semester and I have also written National level entrance exam? Which are the colleges where I can apply?
