Sir, I am from Kerala and have completed ITI course from Kerala. Can I join direct 2nd year of Diploma course offered by Karnataka University? Is this possible? Or, will I get admission in 1st year only?

Yes, it is possible to get direct admission in second year of Diploma course after completion of your two years ITI course. Candidates who have passed two years ITI course or 12th standard with Vocational Science stream from a government recognised institute are eligible to get direct admission in second year of Diploma course. Admissions to second year of Diploma course are done through entrance examinations like VOCLET, etc., which is conducted by your respective state board of technical education.
