Hi, I have done my 10th in 2015 and 12th in 2017. I want to remove my surname from both these documents now because no one in my family use the surname which I use. Will it change now? Can I remove it from my name? If yes, then how can I do?

Follow these steps:-
-Get the Application Form
-Fill up the Application Form
-Document Submission (School leaving certificate of the previous school )
-Fees Submission(Rs.1000)
-After completing all these processes, the board will make the necessary corrections once the verification of the original records of the school is done

***Please seek the help of the school admin/Principal for assistance and fill the form carefully and correctly

Note that as per CBSE norms, any correction required in marksheet/passing certificates must be submitted to Regional Board Office within 2 years of the declaration of results.

After 2 years of the declaration of result, no change/correction in name of candidate/father/mother will be considered.

As you have mentioned that you have passed 10th in 2015 and 12th in 2017, so right now you cannot change or apply for correction in your marksheet/passing certificate.

You will have to continue with this names only.
