Possibility to rejoin and appear in the supplementary exam for a candidate who quit Diploma course around 3 years ago?

Hi friends, I have joined Diploma course around 3 years ago but couldn't appear for any semester exams. I want to rejoin the Diploma course and write the supplementary exams as well. Is it possible?
