Possibility shift to other state for the purpose of Basic Training Certificate (BTC)?
Can other state candidate apply for Basic Training Certificate (BTC) course? Is there any need of Migration Certificate? Would candidates get any reservation or relaxation on shifting to other state for BTC course?
