Possibility to study MCA for BSc(IT) student?

Respected Sir/Madam, I am studying BSc in Information Technology. But after completing my BSc(IT) I want to do MCA. Is it possible? Because some of my friends are telling me that I can do MCA after my this BSc.

MCA refers to Master of Computer Application and as the name suggests same is a professional degree course with a very good career scope in the software world.

The minimum education required for pursuing MCA degree course is a bachelor degree any stream from a recognized university. Further, a candidate is required to have studied Mathematics as a main subject at his Class 12th level or graduation level for a minimum of one years. Students having pursued BCA degree at their graduation level are eligible for pursuing MCA degree course.

Now, as you have mentioned that you are pursuing B.Sc. in Information Technology which means you must have studied Mathematics at your Class 12th level and hence you are eligible for pursuing MCA degree course.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
