Possibility to study MTech(Embedded Systems) for BTech Electrical student?

Respected Sir/Madam, I am studying BTech course with Electrical Engineering. After completing my BTech, I want to do MTech with Embedded Systems. So, is it possible for me to do MTech with this specialization after completing BTech course?
