I have completed my B.Sc this year & I got Inspire Scholarship for those 3 years. Then I took drop this year due to some reasons. Can I apply back for my scholarship next year with M.Sc?

No, the INSPIRE scholarship can not be carried forward from B.Sc to M.Sc after taking a drop.
You shall know that the INSPIRE is awarded to students for a period of 5 years, starting from the 1st year B.Sc., BS, Integrated M.Sc/MS or until the completion of the course, whichever comes earlier.

And you shall ensure the submission of completed application as the incomplete application form is entitled to be rejected
