one of my friend wants to do this degree but he has not passed any of his 10th or 12th exams, is it possible to do the graduation with these two exams

Friend I am sorry to say that you friend is not eligible for graduation...
It is not easy to become graduate..

Firstly tell him to pass the 10th and 12th and after that he is eligible for Graduation course..

After passing 10th he have to opt one stream among the three:-
> Science
> Commerce
> Arts

GOOD LUCK!

Now a days 1 year BA course has been introduced for those candiates who do no not clear neither 10th nor 12 th. You might have read such advertisements in newspapers.
But my suggestion is dont do such course.
Rather than doing that you can complete 10th and 12th in private by filling form no. 16 ,
also you can get more information from local junior colleges which is nearer to you.
Remember work hard to get sure success and there is no shortcut for success

After complete your 10th,12th then you go for graduation
you can not expect any one from the above.....

Without passing 10th and 12th class you will not be able to get admission in graduation course..

To get admission in graduation course you have to complete your 12th class first..

After completion of 12th class only you will be able to apply for graduation course..

after that you can apply for this course..as +2 is must

It is not possible to go for graduation without completion of 10th and 12th class.So my friend you have to first complete 10th and then go for 12th in any of the stream.

As there are four streams in 12th class and you can choose any one from them according to your choice and interest.The streams are:

1.Arts
2.Commerce
3.Non-Medical
4.Medical



And after completion of 12th,you can choose the appropriate graduation course.There are lots of field in which you can do your graduation.The fields are:

BCA,
Engineering,
Architecture,
Aviation,
Defence Services,
Pilot Training,
Computer Science,
Accounting,
Banking, Law,
Hospitality,
Mass Communication,
Journalism,
Teaching,
Business Management,
Fashion Designing,
CA,
CS,
Cost and Works Accountant,
Management, Insurance,
