Nice to see that you are interested to apply for Indian Air force and definitely it is a possibility for you to Join Indian Air force just after completing Intermediate examination. If you have completed your Intermediate examination with Maths and Physics as a compulsory subjects, then you are eligible to apply for the UPSC NDA Examination.

NDA stands for National Defence Academy examination and conducted 2 times in a year. Eligible candidates may fill the application form online from the official website of UPSC.

This year Both NDA Examination was already completed and Next year NDA(I) Examination is going to be published soon in the month of December.

Only unmarried male candidates between the age of 16.5 to 19 years are eligible to apply for NDA Examination. Your age not more than 19 years at the time of commencement of Training.

The detailed age eligibility is properly mentioned in the official Notification, please check the notification before apply for the examination.

The selection is based on written test, the test is objective with negative marking and you have to cracked two papers, If you cracked the written test then you are eligible to appear for SSB interview.

You must be Medically and Physically fit in all the respect to apply for NDA, At the time of filling online application form, you have to give 1 preference to the Air force.

If you have completed 12th standard from science background then you are applicable for all post conducted by NDA .But commerce and Arts stream are applicable only Indian army post.Final year of 12th standard candidate are also applicable.

So if you are from science background then you are applicable for Indian Air force Exam.Final year student are also applicable for NDA exam.

-Yes you can join Indian air force after 10+2 through NDA exam.

-You must have physics and maths in 10+2 to be eligible for Air force through NDA exam.

-IF you are not having physics and maths in 10+2 then you will be eligible only for Indian Army.

-The age limit for NDA exam is 16 1/2 to 19 years and you should be unmarried male to apply for this exam.

-There will be a objective type paper which you have to pass to become eligible for SSB interview. You have to pass the SSB interview and medical test to get into NDA.

Why not , you can join Indian Air force after passing the intermediate(12th) examination . It is possible to join Indian Air force after completing 12th examination . To join Air force examination , you must have a physics and mathematics as main subjects then only you are eligible to apply for NDA Examination .

NDA i.e National Defence Academy Examination and this examination is conducted bu UPSC twice in a year . Mostly the exam announcement will be publish in the month of December or January and May or June in the official website of UPSC .

Application forms are available in the only mode and no other application will be accepted . Eligible aspirants may fill the application forms in only mode .
