Yes you can join Marine engineering after passing diploma course.
But for this you diploma course should be affiliated by A.I.C.T.E.

For admission in top Marine Engineering college you have to qualify the entrance exam like:-
> A.I.E.E.E
> I.I.T-J.E.E
etc
