Hello sir Sir I had completed my graduation in 2019 but also Their are supy in my 5th semester? Is it possible to take a golden chance in next year?
I want to do B.ed after completing my graduation

If you have a supplementary or ATKT in your 5 semester than you will have to clear the following before getting your degree
According to the undergraduate rules you can complete your pending degree only upto 4 years after leaving if you have exceeded the following time than you will again have to restart your degree form first year itself

Graduation is only said to be complete when you have cleared all subjects with minimum 35% criteria. Golden chance is available in starting few month of year when supplementary forms are available. B.ed can only be done after your completion of graduation.
