I'm studying in Aeronautical engineering in Autonomous college Affiliated to Anna University . My family is shifting to Chennai for Business reason. I wish to transfer another college Affiliated to Same Anna University .It is possible to transfer college from Autonomous college to Non Autonomous college under same university.

No, you cannot the college after 1st year of your graduation from autonomous to non autonomous.

Changing college is possible only if the universities are same and same group.
If the college doesn’t come under same university then you cannot admission into another college.

If you really want to change the college you need to take TC and apply for the entrance test for new college/ university. If you qualify in the test then you can get admission into another college.

You can even visit the new college and ask for the eligibility requirements if you fulfill them then you can get admission into new college. This will be accepted by very few universities.

I was debarred in 3rd semester due to attendance shortage in Anna university affiliated college can I join in some other university by continuing 4th semester is it possible??
