hi! i m in d fnl yr of b.sc in zoology..i wnt 2 knw dat wat z career in it aftr d graduation? do help.

B.Sc Zoology graduate can go for Clinical research and work as CRA, CRA or Regulatory affairs experts. Also they can opt for higher education like MSc or MBA. It depends up on your personnel preference and fondness towards the subject.

Well, dear there is lots of oppurtunity available for you.

Starting from simple solution, you can persue M.sc (Zoology) and further p.hd if prefer, otherwise after having m.sc there is also good scope, in forestry, acadmics, santuaries, national parks, zoo administration, lab technician and other lab jobs etc.

After completing your B.sc. one of the best solution is IFS (Indian Forest Service), like wise there is IAS for Bureucracy, similarly there IFS for India, country which has 33% Forest of its total area. But it will better and easy if you appear for it simulataneously with your M.sc or after it.

Apart from IFS, you can simply opt for Civil services. No problem as eligibility criteria allows you for that.

If you doesn't have interest in all these, then you can made your career in corporate sector, by having a MBA degree. And if you have studied Mathematics as one of the main subject in +2 then also you can opt for MCA one of the better options available today.

Or leave it all, if your age is not more and interested then opt for MBBS, one of the best solution for a Biology student.

Other doors of Biotechnology, Genetics, Nanotechnology, Bioinformatics are always available for you at master or higher level.

Solutions are many, just the need is to take a good decision, which can be done by only you, because Ibelieve that "No one can judgeany person better then himself"

If you doesn't have background with Mathematics or Computer Application that doesn't matter at all. You can persue any MBA except few one which are specificed with qualifcation depending upon Bachelor degree.

For example:- MBA (Construction management) it is specially meant for Civil engineers, Architechs.

So, you mentioned you are a b.sc(zoology) graduate following MBA specializations would better work for you.

you can apply for m.sc life science course like bio.tech.microbiology.pharm etc

then phd in varies field based on you intrest

After bachelor degree you have option for M.Sc. Zoology as master degree.you can work in the field of zoology after P.hd as a researcher. If you have immense capacity and will to do something new in this field then you can be the witness of new researches in this field, only dedication matters a lot. You can appear in GRE (graduation record exam) after qualifying in the exam, you have chance to complete P.hd from abroad. And you wil have more opportunities to give your best in your field.
If you are not much more interested in research then you can opt MBA As your master degree, which is very demandable in corporate sector.

the point here is that many answers given here are not of any practical use..! one fellow has suggested joining civilservice and IFS(forest)...these exams are really tough.....! happy to see no one suggested "becoming indian minister of environment" as it can also be a wild possibiliy..!!

i would suggest that go for courses that give job. look into courses like biotechnology or something computer based.. the idea of doing msc and then phd and then BEd will eat your time and give you a dull job.... pull out and think hard....clinical reasearch too is good if u can get placements...

After B.Sc in Zoology you can opt for one of your interest area, here are some options –

1. M.Sc in Biotechnology
2. M.Sc in Nutrition and Dietetics
3. M.Sc in Zoology
4. MBA
5. Other post graduate diploma & Degree programme for example – Marketing, Retail, and Pharmacy etc.

But degree in related field as M.Sc in Biotechnology and Nutrition and dietetics will give you right career opportunity. At the same time it is important to pursue degree from well established college –
