I am doing b.sc 2nd yr. How can i do fashion designing?is there any entrance exam for this fashion designing?is it a yearly course or a summer course?is there any divisions in this fashion designing?

NIFT is one of the best institute for fashion design.

If you are doing b.sc then you can go for fashion designing courses in nift. It is the number one college in this field. May be it is difficult for you to pursue both courses as you are presently doing b.sc. There are master program in design . You can view the info at nift.ac.in and apply at www.specialtest.in/nift2011. Hurry because last date is near.

it is better to prepare for the entrance examination for fashion designing course,
there are lot of short term courses but better not to go for it.

Every college have their own creteria. so , its better to go personally to some good colleges where you want to take admission.

In which stream you're doing b.sc. For admission in fashion designing, all you just need to fill the admission form and enroll to the seat. Various institutes are available like dia, idc, sai school of interior design, jj school of arts, wlic, jims etc that are providing Fashion Designing. You can join any of these as per your choice. Admissions are started in every institute. apply soon and get your seat reserved soon. Some institutes ask you to go under entrance test, but not to worry, it's very simple to clear. Best of luck!!!
