SYNTEL is the top most MNC company.So they have a placement criteria.

The criteria of SYNTEL is given below:-

1)Candidate must be score at least 50% in through out career.
2)Pending Backlog are not allowed.
3)Maximum 1 year gap are allowed.

Past Papers of Syntel

Syntel is a renowned IT Company and you need to fulfill the following minimum eligibility criterion for appearing in the Syntel Campus Placement Exam :-

1) The candidate must have secured at least 50% as aggregate in 10th,12th and B.Tech up till the 6th semester

2) The candidate must have no active backlogs at the time of the placement

3) The candidate must not have a study gap of not more than 2 years
