you can get the previous years papers by purchasing the arihanth publishers previous years papers series,its an very good collection of previous years questions,
my advice will also be that along with the previous years aieee papers also practice the previous years iitjee questions which you can get from arihanths previous years iitjee question papers series,because in aieee many questions of iitjee are repeated,also be thorough in ncert text books because most of the questions come from them only

to score good marks in aieee, you must improve your basics by reading from ncert books. you can study from arihant for chemistry, d c pandey for physics and tata mcgraw hills for maths. before the exam, you must also see all the previous years question papers to become aware of the pattern of the exam. you can download the papers from
