i got 70% in 12 standard and currently studing the cse and i want to change the collage .Will you tell me the process to change the collages .Also suggest the collages where i could get the admission

Initially you should write a letter to your college management
they will forward it to jntu
it should contain the valid reason
if they feel the reason is reasonable they will allot you a new and your prescribed college

i am an engineering student under kerala university can i change the college after first year
