I want government job my father has died in service any age limit is there or any rules to get the job? What are the minimum criteria they will look for to apply? Can you please help me with the procedure which I need to follow next? Thanks!

You have not mentioned the organisation, where your father was working.

Each government organisation has its own rules with regards to giving appointment on compassionate grounds.

I would suggest that you should approach the HR dept or personnel department of the organization where your father was working.

In Govt Banks, Jobs are offered on compassionate grounds to the dependent in the clerical cadre.
Application is given to HR department and the decision is taken the Higher authorities of the Bank.
