Procedure to apply for Government's Pension Plan scheme?
Dear Sir, does Indian Central or any State Government offers Pension Plan? If yes, then what is that Pension Plan? Can you brief me about that plan? And, also tell me how can I apply? Which all documents are required? Can I apply with my Ration Card?

Forms for PRAN application can be procured from any point of presence service providers. under NPS or can be downloaded from the website
