Sir/Maam, I have completed my SSLC exam in 2010. My address in SSLC certificate is incorrect. Inorder to get passport and visa I have to correct it. Please do reply with the procedures of applying for correction?

Procedure of correction of Address in Secondary School Leaving Certificate :-
1)You will need to write an application in prescribed formats duly filled and affixed with a Court Fee Stamp of Rs.1/- and should be forwarded through the Principal of the last school.

2)If the mistake is from the school end, they will correct it. However, if you filled the incorrect address then they will forward it to the educational department of your area with an affidavit and original address proof obtained from you.

The whole process will take around 1 month.
