You are eligible for the course since you have pursued your diploma course from a recognised institute. It would be ideal if you could join institutes like IIT, IISC for the aeronautical engineering course. For this you need to appear for the engineering entrance exams like IIT JEE, AIEEE etc. There are state level entrance exams like Maharashtra CET. If required do join a training institute which can give you specialised training for these tests.
